Bug Reports & Diagnostics

When reporting a hardware detection issue, please include:

Browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 128, Firefox 130)
Operating system (e.g. macOS 15, Windows 11)
Device model (e.g. ANSI 75% mechanical, 5-button optical mouse)

Zero Data Storage Notice

Because APtester does not store user accounts or transmit diagnostic event logs to any server, our support team cannot view your historical testing sessions. Any bug report should describe the steps needed to reproduce the issue locally.
